Day 3 7/1/13 Monday

Weight this morning 274. I have my period that started Friday so it could be related to water loss. My feet and ankles are swollen yesterday and today so there is definately some water issues going on.

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled eggs.  2 pc WW toast with 2 TBLSP butter.  1 XL coffee. 20 min later...Plexus and pill.
