Weight this am 270 lbs.
I'm thinking there is a "natural" diuretic in this product. I'm peeing more than usual. Pee is normal color. Still not having any increase in energy and I am having weird dreams. My sleep is not restful but I don't know if that's the Plexus or just me. Still having a decrease in appetite and my sweets craving is very low.
